At YegCustom, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to familiarize yourself with our procedures for returns and refunds.

Return Policy

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@yegcustom.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. We will then provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items returned without a return authorization number

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please note that shipping costs for the returned item are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you within 2-5 business days.

Change of Mind

If you've had a change of mind, you can return the item within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at support@yegcustom.com immediately and provide photos of the defect. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the item. You can choose between a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@yegcustom.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs.

Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us at support@yegcustom.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item, and once we receive it, we will send the correct item to you. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Order Never Arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you encounter issues or your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us at support@yegcustom.com. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellation After Ordering

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@yegcustom.com.
